A team of officials from the UNESCO Institute for Statistics is expected to visit Grenada during the course of this week. The visiting statisticians are expected to meet with officials from the Statistical Department of the Ministry of education and Human Resource Development for the purpose of upgrading the Grenada Data Base Plan. The Data Base Plan is a system used by UNESCO to compare education statistics throughout the world. The team will also be meeting with officials at the St. George’s University , the T A Marryshow Community College and other privately run education institutions on the island.
