GRENADA, November 9, 2009 - Prime Minister Hon. Tillman Thomas, along with MP for the St. Patrick’s West constituency, Works Minister Hon. Joseph Gilbert, will be meeting with residents of St. Patrick’s on Tuesday November 10 to discuss the proposed 2010 budget. The meeting will be held at the St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic School. Minister of Agriculture, Hon. Denis Lett, will also be meeting with residents of his constituency on Tuesday at the Pomme Rose R.C. School for his budget consultation. The meeting commences at 7.00pm. Hon. Nazim Burke, Grenada’s Minister of Finance, will be having his budget consultation meeting today (Monday November 09) at the Beaulieu R.C. School. The meeting commences at 7.00pm. The 2010 Estimate of Revenue and Expenditure is expected to address the introduction of a Value Added Tax (VAT).
