Those who know Noble, particularly over the past 23 years or so that he has lived in Montreal, will agree that it will be difficult to meet a nicer more sociable person. Some of us who have known him longer, can appreciate the remarkable transformation he has made in his life. More recently, Noble has had some misfortune. He has lost his sight, something that could have been avoided if he was qualified to receive medical insurance or had access to considerable sums of money. At this time, because of several factors weighing heavily against him, Noble has agreed to return to his homeland Grenada although he hasn't much to go back to. Some kind-hearted friends in Montreal have embarked on a fund raising venture to assist Noble in his return and resettle in Grenada.
