The Inland Revenue Division (IRD) of the Ministry of Finance wishes to advise the general public that in an effort to meet the needs of all taxpayers, the IRD’s main Cash Office, located at the Financial Complex, Carenage, St. George’s, will open from 7:00am to 4:00 pm on Friday March 30th, 2012 and Monday April 2nd, 2012. This is being done in order to facilitate payments of taxes and licences, in particular, the Motor Vehicle Licence for single registration letter numbering from 2501 to 5000 and plural registration letter numbering from 251 to 500, which is due on Monday, April 2nd 2012. The Division further advises that all other functional areas of the Office will operate within normal working hours during this period. Please note that this extended operating hours of the Cash Office does not include the District Revenue Offices and the VAT Unit. The Main Cash Office will resume normal operating hours on Tuesday April 3rd, 2012.
