Police are investigating the circumstances which led to the fatal stabbing of eighteen year old Samuel GABRIEL, unemployed youth of Belmont St. George. Initial investigations by the Police revealed that the incident occurred about 2:00 am on Friday 29th June, 2012 at “Carnival City,” Kirani James Boulevard, where the victim allegedly received a single stab wound underneath the left breast. Samuel later died at the General Hospital having succumbed to the injuries. This registers the ninth homicide for 2012, with the Police successfully solving all previous eight matters. Investigations are continuing into the incident.
