Stallion you seem to be honest,i am not attackig you,Kevin seems to be the airhead,because he vowed for for his friend and attacted the child.From all reports the girl is underage,my point is she cannot give consent she is a minor.We have to protect the minors of our country and send a strong message.

mr.clean,am not condoning rape or consensual sex with a minor.as a matter of fact i don't even know biko.i just heard of him on this site.it just seems to me that this man biko has already being convicted without the facts been heard in court.i agree if the law says sex with a minor is a crime.if this is what happened then so be it,let him pay.but we don't know if she was raped or if they even had sex.i am sure biko has his own version of the events.

well said kevin.i might also add that in places like canada the age of sexual consent is 14.(they will raise it to 16).so people,there are two issues here.was she raped or was she too young to give consent.just by reading most of the comments here,he might not get a fair trial.

I will address every accusation leveled against me. First, I want to thank stallion for re-expressing my opinion clearly. I reject all attempts to labeled me as a pervert, ignorant or irrational. I do not condone rape in any way, especially when it involves a young teenage girl. The problem is you people see life as a utopia- a perfect world, where the accused are always guilty and “victims” are indeed victims. That is why a court of law exist- to separate falsehood and lies from truth. Let us engage in revisionist history, I remember quite clearly when a young girl leveled the same accusation against inspector. The entire public was up in arms against inspector saying the same things you people are saying now. The young girl’s father brought in lawyers and had charges brought against him. It was only until the “victim” was confronted in a court of law did she admit she lied and indeed their relation was both consensual and casual. Some might say how could she have consented. If consent concerns you, then I suggest you look at the definition of rape. Rape is an act of compulsion. Sex is an act of consent. In very explicit terms you cant pose for a back shot and turn around and say it was rape. This young girl is 15 yrs old not 10. She has free will and free thought. It is exactly this narrow-minded thinking that have some parents surprised to find out their daughter is involved with a bus conductor 20 yrs older. My Grenadians I say to you never allow age alone to define who a victim is but let the evidence draw that conclusion
