Kirani James brought Grenada its first Olympic gold medal today, winning the 400m at the Games in London. James took the race ahead of the Dominican Republic's Luguelin Santos and Trinidad and Tobago's Lalonde Gordon. James made the 400m run look like a stroll in the park as his long strides ate up the track, demolishing his competitors. The 19-year-old James's time of 43.94 is a new Grenadian national record.
