The death is announced of Lyris George also known as “Auntly” of Paraclete St Andrew, passed away on Monday 15th September 2014 at the age of 100. She is survived by Children : Maudlyn McFarlane, Sheila George, Cyril, Collins, Roderick and Kenneth George, Valerie George-Henry and Val George Step mother of: Joyce Douglas and Gough George Adopted mother of: Leroy Jones, Francis Phillip, Carmen Bascombe and Shana Marcelle Grandmother of: 41 including Rodney, Gloria, Trevor, Glenroy,Kenneth, Dave and Dennison George, Glenis George-Alexander, Sonia George-Noel, Shemika Henry-Benjamin, Kelvin, Arlana and Rhesa Henry, Dominic, Wayne, Donna and Wendy Alexis, Merle Williams, Salisha and Hansel George, Cherriann Jack, Magan Forrester, Beverly Elias, Neil George, Averil George, Gerald, Kenneth and Donysia Francis, Kevin and Sarah Ghatley, Keith, Alicia and Carlyle George and Sharon Moses Aunt of Aldora, Francis and Lynus Archibald, Yvonne Agard and Joseph Edmund Care taker: Ann Marcelle She is also survived by many other Close relatives and friends including: Christopher Roberts, Doris Williamson, Deltrice Cummings, Joyce Edwards, Shirley Mason, Ann Simon, Sylvia Trotman, Ingrid Rush, Mildred George, Claris Degale and Marjorie Jawahir, The George, Chichester, Walker, Forrester and Nyack family of Paraclete and surrounding areas. The Funeral service of the late Lyris George of Paraclete St. Andrew, will take place at the Paradise Seventh Day Adventist Church Thursday 9th October 2014 at 2:00pm and Entombment at the Grand bras Cemetery. The body of the late Lyris George will be taken from Wayne’s Funeral Home at 12:45pm on Thursday 9th October 2014 for the Paradise S.D.A church.
