My condolences to the family and friends of my Carter. I knew him when I was a student at SGU... He always greeted me pleasantly. I also remembered him ensuring that every student was dropped of as close as possible to their doors at night, in the event you stayed and study late. Although he would sit behind the wheel very stern he had a pleasant personality. He meant business always.... We will miss you Carter...rest now RIP.
