Mrs. Agatha Date also known as Teacher Phina of Hermitage, St. Patrick's, passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 in Brooklyn, NY. Our dearly beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother will be deeply missed. She leaves behind treasured memories with her children: Jydill and Calvin Date, Cherrie McQuilkin, Rosamond Roberts, Sandra Date, Erva Marcelle, Valerie Thomas, Michelle Date -John and Maudlyn Decoteau.
