GENERAL FAQ's

Q.
What happens when I complete a purchase transaction?
A. A printable receipt will show up immediately and one will be sent to your email containing
- unique receipt #
- your name,
- the event name, number of tickets purchased and other particulars
- purchase date & time
You use this receipt to collect your tickets at the gate on the day of the event. Your tickets will be pre-packaged and handed to you in an envelope with your name on it.

Q. Will the event host/promoter know that I purchased a ticket?
A. Yes! Your transaction will be automatically added to the promoters list with
- unique receipt #
- your name,
- the event name, number of tickets purchased and other particulars
- purchase date & time

Q. Do I need to print out the receipt in order to get my tickets?
A. No. However, you do need to have a Valid Photo ID (state-issued) with you at the time of pick up.
But if you have access to a working printer, we recommend you print out a receipt as it contains valuable
information about your transaction.

Q. I purchased more than 1 Ticket and all persons can’t come to the entry gate at the same time. What do I do?
A. Write down on a piece of paper / or on the back of ticket envelope
(1) Your Name (2) Cell phone No. (3) Your Receipt # (4) names of the individual(s) who will be arriving later.
This copy will be left at the event gate. The members of your party arriving later will need to communicate Your Name or Your Receipt # and present their Valid Photo IDs and the gate attendant will check your info for match. Once this is verified, they will be cleared.

Q. Who must be present at the gate during initial ticket pick up?
A.
Only people who are authorized i.e. the person who made the transaction (card owner) or the person who was listed as “other pick-up person” during filling out the transaction form. Both will need valid Photo ID.

Q. Can I pick up a ticket if I did not buy it?
A.
Whoever is doing the actual purchase can add your name as “other pick up person” when making a purchase. This makes it possible to buy a ticket for someone out of state or even overseas

Q. Is this online transaction secured? How can I tell?
A. Yes all transactions are 100% Secured & Encrypted for your security. There are several ways to tell
1) See our site seal
2) Once you get ready to check out you will see our url change from http to https. https means this is a Secured area. You can’t have any of the above validations without being secured.
3) Also, you won’t be able to check out your transactions if there are security problems.

Q. Do you store credit card information on your site?
A.
No! Your credit card/debit card information is never stored on our site. It is only used for a brief moment to verify and approve the transaction. Our online processes contain the highest level of security and encryption used in the industry.

Q. What types of Credit Cards payments do you accept?

REFUNDS

What’s our cancellation policy? What if the event I purchased tickets for is cancelled?
Even though it’s highly unusual, event cancellations do happen. Shows/Events/Programs can be cancelled due to inclement weather, cast or other emergencies, or other unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances. In this case, ticket holders are eligible to receive a refund of the cost of the ticket minus a 30% processing fee. Notification will be emailed ASAP to individuals who purchased tickets online providing them with rescheduled dates and location if applicable or giving a start date and end date within which they can claim their refund.

No-show policy. What if I’ve purchased a ticket and then can’t attend the event?
- If you purchased a ticket and for some reason can’t make it to the event, you will have to contact the persons in charge of
  the event/show/program directly to see if they will offer a refund.
- You could give the ticket(s) to friend of family interested in coming but please consult us about ownership changes

Rescheduled Events - If an event was rescheduled, we'll contact you with the new location, date and time ASAP.
