NDC NEWS.....CONSTITUENCY BRANCH OFFICE OPENED IN CARRIACOU

(The following is a production of the main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).


GRENADA: While the date for the elections is not yet known the National Democratic Congress is ensuring that all their election machinery is in place. The party opened their Carriacou & Petite Martinique Constituency Branch Office on Friday November 9th. A number of supporters were there to witness the event.

Former university professor Dave McIntosh is the campaign manager. He says his single purpose is to get George W. Prime elected, however they will be running a clean campaign. He continued by saying they will bring the issues affecting the tri-island state to the populace while stating the NDC's plan and let the people decide who is best to serve them.

NDC representative for Carriacou & Petite Martinique, Senator George Prime, in his remarks said in order for the country to move forward all citizens must work together regardless of party.

The NDC in the coming weeks will be hosting a series of village meetings to outline their vision for the country. Prime further stated that the opening of the office is significant as the party celebrates 20 years of existence.

The cutting of the ribbon was done by Ms. Ena Sammerson, a long standing member of the National Democratic Congress. The office is located upstairs the building that once housed Courts Grenada Ltd Carriacou Branch.
