SUBJECT: Greater Grenville Development Project

We of the Peoples United Labour Party are overly concerned about programmes and projects happening or about to happen in our tri-island nation. Since we are now the only ALTERNATIVE POLITICAL PARTY in Grenada Carriacou and Petite Martinique, we are now Concerned with the above mention project. We of the P.U.L.P notice that this project delayed for quite some time.

There is an old saying “ OUT OF EVIL COMETH GOOD” and that delay is what prompt us to review the entire coming on stream of that project, we of the P.U.L.P requests that your organization TEMPROARLY PUT ON HOLD the said project (The Greater Grenville Project) for these reasons.

We strongly advise that the bank and ourselves should conduct a thorough overhaul of the entire town of Grenville before commencement of any operations . In our view, the entire town deserves a complete MAKE OVER, we also believe that doing the Greater Grenville Project is like “PUTTING NEW WINE INTO OLD WINE SKINS”.

The P.U.L.P would like you to know that we do not have the drawings for that specific project in our possession but what the P.U.L.P does have is POLITICAL VISION for the ENHANCEMENT of our beautiful tri-island nation. We believe that should your bank go ahead to spend the required sum for this project soon and very soon you would find government knocking on your door for new loans to do a complete job that should have been done during The Greater Grenville Project Period.

We politely request a copy of the drawings for that project so that we can better inform our self of the project.

We as a party of vision for our nation would also like you to send a team of men of your choice to Grenada as we would like to sit face to face to show them our vision for the enhancement of our second largest town in our nation. We also believe that when money is being spent we must see value for money.

The P.U.L.P has seen the evolving of many LEADERS and PRIME MINISTERS around the region who are gracefully blessed with BLURRED VISION and BLUNT INTELLIGENCE. And Blurred vision can only originate from the manager of the bottomless pit.

That P.U.L.P promptly call for a review of the entire project.
