GOUYAVE, St.John’s: Sports fans and athletes will head west this Wednesday March 22, 2006 to the Cuthbert Peters Park, Gouyave, St. John as secondary schools on the western side of Grenada to participate in the annual Western Games.

The action starts at 11:00am. Happy Hill Secondary, St. Rose Modern Secondary, St. John’s Christian Secondary, St. Mark’s Secondary, Mac Donald’s College and Mt. Rose Seventh Day Adventist Comprehensive Secondary will all compete in over forty track and field events.

The reigning champion is Mac Donald’s College. Will they continue to reign or will another team dethrone the reigning champion to be the new ‘best in the west’?
