GRENADA - The Ministry of Finance invites the public to participate in a series of public discussions throughout the tri-island state ahead of the 2007 National Budget. All sessions will begin at 6:00 pm. The following represents the schedule for these discussions along with the venues:

• Tuesday October 17, 2006 – public consultation at the St. George’s Anglican Senior School for the people in the parish of St. George.

• Wednesday October 18, 2006 – public consultation at the Corinth Government School for the people in the parish of St. David.

• Thursday October 19, 2006 – public consultation at the St. Mark’s Primary School for the people in the parish of St. Mark.

• Monday October 23, 2006 – public consultation at the St. Andrew’s Methodist School, Grenville, for the people in the parish of St. Andrew.

• Tuesday October 24, 2006 – public consultation at the St. Patrick’s Anglican school for the people in the parish of St. Patrick.

• Thursday October 26, 2006 – public discussion at the Hillsborough Secondary School for the people residing on the islands of Carriacou and Petite Martinique.

• Monday October 30, 2006 – public discussion at the Anglican Pastoral Center for the people in the parish of St. John.

Members of the public are invited to make a special effort to attend these public consultations.
