GFA Open Knock out heats up………..

GRENADA - Fours (4) teams have already qualified for the quarter finals of the GFA Open Knock Out. South Stars made the first entry by defeating Cablevision SAFL on penalty kicks on Saturday at the Victoria Park. South Stars still have the opportunity of being promoted to the Premier League when they play against D’Sport Shop Morne Jaloux this coming weekend in a play off.
Current Premier League Champs Carib Hurricane edged past Dano Eagles Super Strikers 1-0 away to Eagles on Sunday.
Likewise Hard Rock narrow victory 2-1 over North Stars booked them a place in the next round.
And Queens Park Rangers won comfortably over FUTGOF 3-1 yesterday at Queens Park.
Today, Glenelg Spring Water GBSS will journey over to St. John’s to take on defending Champions Bernies Icecream St. John’s Sports.
