ST.GEORGE’S, Grenada: Another son of the soil has given Grenadians something to be proud of. Cory George, who sang an original gospel song and had a music video (produced by Mike Alexis of Video Vision) to accompany it on Friday of this week (December 29) had his music video featured on MTV’s Tempo.

Tempo is a very popular music video station which is the Caribbean’s version of BET and is viewed locally on Grenada Cablevision’s channel 29. Tempo features the regions top musicians and vocalists; people like Sean Paul, Elephant Man, Capleton, Bounty Killer, Morgan Heritage, Machel Montano, Allison Hinds among others. The fact that a Grenadian artiste has been featured among such elite company is a clear indication that the music video is of an excellent quality.

Less than one month ago, the Media Workers’ Association of Grenada (MWAG) held its inaugural Media Awards ceremony and Video Vision, which produced Cory’s music video, took home the prestigious award for Best Television Ad.

It is very obvious that Mr. Mike Alexis and his team are a very professional outfit and they have been striving to attain and maintain a qualitatively high standard of work in their field.
