GC - Contest Rules

No limit on number of valid entries at the discretion of Grenadianconnection.com (please don’t invent relatives you don’t have).

1. HOW TO ENTER: Visit the Grenadianconnection.com web site www. grenadianconnection.com. register by providing your name and a valid e-mail address, text message or telephone number (winners will be notified by e-mail or text message or phone call).

2. THE DRAW PROCESS: To determine the winner of a prize, a random draw will be held by Grenadianconnection.com computers from eligible entries received on or before the date and time set for the close of a contest.  Winning entrants will be notified by e-mail or text message or phone call. In the event that Grenadianconnection.com is not able to contact a winner within five (2 to 3) days of the issuance of a notification e-mail or text message, the selected entry will be deemed to be null and void along with any rights to the prize and another entry will be selected from the remaining registrants. The odds of being selected are dependent on the total number of registrations received. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must first be confirmed as to eligibility.

3. PRIZES: Prizes cannot be refunded and are not convertible to cash.

4. All prizes are subject to availability by the supplier. To claim prizes, winners must contact the office of Grenadianconnection.com and may be required to provide relevant information/identification. Prize winners cannot call Grenadianconnection.com collect.

5. To enter and claim a prize, a person must have attained the age of majority as of the date of a draw if necessary.

6. By entering a contest entrants agree to be bound by and abide by the contest rules and the decisions of Grenadianconnection.com, which shall be final and binding with respects to all aspects of the contest, including and without limitation the eligibility of entries.

7. All entries automatically become the property of Grenadianconnection.com and will not be returned. Grenadianconnection.com is not responsible for any lost, misdirected or delayed entries.

8. By entering a contest the entrant agrees to accept all e-mails from Grenadianconnection.com or any of its associated companies. Grenadianconnection.com has the right to use any information supplied by the entrant for its own purposes as further detailed in our Privacy Policy.

9. By entering a contest a contestant agrees to indemnify and hold Grenadianconnection.com, its suppliers, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless and to release them from any and all liability, damages, or cause whatsoever, however named or decided, with respect to or arising out of participation in a contest, or the receipt or use of the prize awarded.

10. The final prizes are provided by the supplier when the prize winner has been chosen and are subject to availability. Grenadianconnection.com assumes no responsibility in the event that a supplier does not provide a prize. However, Grenadianconnection.com will attempt to take all reasonable measures to ensure that a prize is made available for the winner in a timely manner. The actual prize may differ from the prize depicted.

11. Grenadianconnection.com, its agents and assigns are not responsible for technical, Internet, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind and lost or unavailable network connections, which may limit the ability to participate in a contest or by any human error which may occur in the processing entries. If for any reason (including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Grenadianconnection.com, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper concluding of a contest), the contest can not be completed as described in the rules, Grenadianconnection.com shall have the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.

12. Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available.

13. Contest open to anyone of the right age receiving this information and only.

14. Winners and any guests at the age of majority must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by Grenadianconnection.com acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules.

15. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which Grenadianconnection.com may deem appropriate.
