Osbert Ragbasingh also known as Edwin was born on January 13, 1949, in Gouyave St. John’s.He was the first of nine children to the late Eslyn Ragbasingh and Andrew Mason. He Is servived by his wife Marlene Ragbasingh, his son Kevin Ragbasingh, and his daughters Michelle Ragbasingh and Wendyann MCGUIRE a past student of St. Joseph Convent , Grenville and Registered Nurse at The Brooklyn Hospital .Brooklyn New York.
Siblings Myntrude Diana,Annette, Volley also known as (Buckey),Youlande, Gillian, James also known as (Benedict)
Grandchildren Nathaniel MCGUIRE, Kellsie and Ameerah Hamilton.
