Rose is a blessed memory, having known her in the early days of the Charismatic Renewal in Grenada in the 70's. She was a dedicated, loyal committed follower of Jesus Christ and his disciples. She was tireless, so willing to do all she could for the Kingdom. I was so pleased to find this obituary today. There will be a great reunion in heaven with Rose and her friends Babsy Bleasdell and Fr. Jim Duffy. Eternal rest grant them all, dear Lord.

My condolences to the family of Sister Rose Hall who was truly an inspiration to me, my mother and Catholics in Grenada especially those who were part of the Charasmatic Movement! I was saddened to hear of her sudden passing especially since we greeted each other and spoke for a couple minutes only about a week prior. May her Soul Rest in Peace!

Our beloved cousin Rose Hall, was the daughter of Leatta Hall, nee St. Bernard. That generation of St. Bernards numbered 14 siblings, of which Rose's mother Leatta was one, and my father, Gordon St. Bernard, was another. Rose and her sister Francesca are first cousins with myself (Hazel Da Breo, nee St. Bernard) and my siblings Michael and Barbara St.Bernard and Ian St. Bernard who is recently deceased. We are inconsolably grieved that we are unable to be with our lovely Rose as she faces this spiritual transition. Unfortunately, we are all in Toronto at this time, as our Mother has also just passed here, at age 91. We never expected Rose to leave us so soon. We are speechless with sadness that we will not hear her laugh again, as we spoke with her the day before she fell ill, though she spoke no word of complaint to us at that time. Rest in Peace, beautiful lady. All treasures are held in store for you. We love you so. Hazel, Barbara, Michael.

A ROSE HAS BEEN PLUCKED FROM THE EARTH! It seems to me that you lived your life not as a candle in the wind, but as a sweet smelling rose that gave of its fragrance to everyone. You have touched the lives of many in your own quiet and gentle way, guiding them on the path toward holiness. May Jesus to whom you have dedicated your life now enfold you in His loving arms, and may you continue sending down roses from heaven and like St. Therese, may you spend your heaven doing good on earth..May your legacy never be forgotten!!! Good bye Sr. Rose, until we meet again...A presto e a cielo Jane
