Punch A Creme:.

Ingredients:
12 Eggs
3 Tins Evaporated milk
3 Tins Condense milk
Vanilla, bitters, green lime peel
26 3/4 ozs bottle rum
 

Direction:
Beat eggs until light and frothy with peel of green lime .Remove peel and slowly add milk to eggs, stirring constantly. Slowly add rum and bitters.Pour into clean bottles. Serve with crushed ice and a little grated nutmeg.
